Hi-Spot Cafe is very popular for breakfast (prepare to wait in line, but it’s worth it!), and Cafe Soleil is a delicious choice for brunch (come back for dinner, too—they’ll be serving Ethiopian cuisine!). There are several smaller parks throughout the Madrona neighborhood, but the 31-acre Madrona Park and Beach is a definite highlight! The park includes a wooded area with paths that let you feel like you’re miles and miles away from the city, and the beach area is ready for summertime swimming.

Madrona is one of the more exclusive neighborhoods in the entire nation, and according to Neighborhood Scout, Madrona is more affluent than 99% of neighborhoods in America. Real estate here is exceedingly well-maintained and tends to maintain its value over time, and this is a true Blue Chip neighborhood.
