Second Meeting: The next time you meet, it will be time to discuss numbers. We will provide information on the market so you can understand what’s happening in your neighborhood, and where your home fits in amidst it all.

Inspections can be a stressful time in the process especially for Sellers. Because of this, we do a lot of work to make sure your home is in tip top shape before even coming on market so that the transaction isn't in danger of falling apart over something silly. During the inspection negotiations, we leverage the knowledge we have from our contractors and home renovations with past clients to put dollar amounts to repair items and help you decide what is best moving forward.
From signing closing docs to the actual closing day, we make sure everything is in order. We're here to help you coordinate and make sure closing is on track. We check in with the buyers lender, we order de-staging and keep track of all the little details so you don't have to think about it. Wash your hands of the home, we'll help you take it from here.
Because we have an intimate knowledge of the process, we know how to avoid or correct issues before they become a problem. Once you're under contract we send out a long email with all important dates so that you feel informed of what is to come throughout the process. We also have a preferred Escrow escrow company and agents who are tried and true and never let us down. We will be there to hold your hands through the entire process. If you're traveling or maybe no longer live in the area, no problem! We can help you through the entire process no matter how close or far away you may be.
Once your house closes our relationship is NOT over. We see our relationships as long term and often times this means helping you purchase your next investment now that your home has sold. No matter what you may need, we are here for you!
