Contact for Showing Contact for ShowingMy personal favorite feature of this micro townhouse is the setting. Captured by the large picture windows you can't help but feel stress melt away. I imagine this place is a little like living in a tree house. Our little home also has a large private outdoor space to the side for you or your pooch!
Sandwiched between Washington Park Arboretum to one side and to the other are all Madison Valley shops. Within a block you can walk to my favorite sushi place Nishino's, Cafe Flora, Harvest Vine, Luc, or walk to essential baking for a latte. Best part it's quite here. All the fun with none of the stress.
Madison Valley has not been up-zoned in years. I think that is a good thing for preserving the small town feel of the valley. When walking through the main street (Madison) you get the since your visiting an island town or small town. Within a few blocks your back in an urban setting. A cool juxtaposition and truly unique to Madison Valley and Arboretum.
No fuss here. Hop on any number of busses off either Madison or 23rd to get where you are going. Also enjoy MSFT Connector stops or a quick drive to downtown Seattle. If you like to drive to work in Bellevue or Redmond you'll find a beautiful drive to 520 through the arboretum that not many other use. Its the best way to get on 520.
