From the Neighbors

Living in Fremont is an absolute blast! It's a neighborhood where every day is filled with excitement and joy. Personally, I'm thrilled to be a part of this vibrant community. I'm lucky to work at Children's Hospital, and my mornings are a delight as I hop on my bike to cruise along the scenic Burke-Gilman Trail. The thrill of the ride never gets old! And let's talk about the Fremont Farmers Market – it's an absolute gem! The lively atmosphere, the fresh produce, the delightful artisanal treats – it's a weekly adventure that I look forward to with pure enthusiasm. Fremont truly knows how to infuse happiness into everyday life, making it a place that always leaves you with a smile.

The community is tight-knit, embracing diversity and celebrating individuality. With its eclectic boutiques, lively Sunday market, and a fantastic dining scene, Fremont is a lively hub of activity. The neighborhood's scenic waterfront and proximity to downtown Seattle add to its appeal. Fremont is where creativity thrives, and every day feels like an adventure.

Happy at Home Client

I lived in Fremont for 6 years and it was lovely! It is centrally located in Seattle with plenty of bus routes or easy access to other parts of town. In both lower and upper Fremont, everything you may need is within walking distance. Cafes, bars, restaurants and grocery stores are just around any corner. The only downside is that street parking can be limited at times.

BRIDGE TO SEATTLE

The efficiency of this home extends beyond your backyard. Fremont is a (literal) bridge to many of Seattle's best neighborhoods. Cross the Fremont Bridge and You'll find yourself in beautiful and preserved Queen Anne. Climb a few feet north and you're in the secluded yet lively mini-city of Phinney Ridge. Just two blocks up and you're on Market Street, the gateway to Ballard, Seattle's most popular macro-neighborhood.

FREMONT FUN

Care for a drink? Fremont Brewing is one of the largest, and dare we say tastiest, brew-pubs in the city. Dogs are always welcome! N 36th St is lined with respected bars like Nectar Lounge, Triangle Spirts, and the Barrel Thief.

EASY LIVING

Not only do you have quick access to shops and stores (PCC is right in downtown Fremont), you also have one of the quietest residential streets and buildings around. As one of only six units, and no direct neighbor to your sides, you'll find that this abode is as zen as they come. Moreover, low dues and a small HOA mean you don't have to worry about breaking the bank due to the concerns of a thousand nosy neighbors. Easy living at its best!
