I’m living a double life in the middle of Wallingford & Greenlake. Plus I'm an easy going townhome with an association. I offer the best of all worlds with a cozy sense of self, beautiful millwork and a warm tile fireplace. My bright spaces offer a sense of solitude. Whether you’re an outdoor junky or collector of treasures, I’ve got the storage you'll need in my private garage. I also have flex space in my sky-lite loft. Easy life made better with the HOA caring for my exterior needs. Come and find me on the corner of Wallingford and Greenlake.
Contact for Showing Contact for ShowingThis particular location is a commuter’s DREAM. It’s nestled right in between Aurora, Interstate-5, AND next to 520. Whether you work in Downtown Seattle, South Lake Union, or the Eastside, you’ve got some great convenient options for getting around. (Plus the Microsoft Connector runs right along 50th and picks up at several places in the area.) You’re also only 1 mile to UW and a quick bus ride away!
Here you’re only 0.3 miles to 45th Street in Wallingford, and you’ll find fantastic dining opportunities, fun nightlife, and top-notch amenities! Meet up with friends at The Octopus Bar, grab dinner at the wildly popular 45th Stop N Shop & Poke Bar or Bizzarro Italian Cafe, and get dessert at Molly Moon’s or Fainting Goat Gelato. There are SO many dining choices right here! Plus, QFC, CVS, MultiCare, and several other shops/services are right along 45th as well.
Located right where Wallingford and Green Lake meet, we’ve dubbed this “in-betweener” neighborhood “Wall-Green” and it is one of our favorites! These in-betweener neighborhoods are typically less expensive than buying in the actual neighborhoods they’re near AND you still get to be close to everything each neighborhood offers. We recommend getting an electric scooter for an easy way to make up the distance—they’re so easy to zip around on!
Beside all the obvious restaurants, greenlake loop, and cultural activities hosted by both Greenlake and Wallingford you also have Meridian Playground basically across the street. Meridian Playground hosts events, has a huge grass field, play sets and gazebo. You hardly notice the park when driving by. The park has a secluded private feel even though it is HUGE! Your pooch will approve.

Not only do you have the culinary and cultural treats associated with living next in Wallingford and close to Greenlake, this home is also basically across the street from Meridian Playground. This park is large with a huge grass field, play sets, and a unique secluded feel even though it’s in the middle of everything. This park hosts a slew of events through out the year and makes living here a treat. This is far from the only park of course. You have Greenlake loop, Keystone park, Tangle town, and the Woodland Park complex which included of course the zoo.
Wallingford has seen huge jumps in value as new Seattleites choose to call our urban core home over the last several year. Many of our new movers are from larger city's and living in Seattle's core is the only option. The proof is in the numbers. In 2019 amid several economic uncertainties the median condo price has remained solid at $663,250 for 2 bedroom condos. Bluechip is where it’s at right now. Your money is safe here. Why toss $30K + out the window per year on rent?
