Beautiful older single-family homes.
Exclusive neighborhood that comes with a price tag.
Close to Interstate-5 and the 520 Bridge can mean lots of traffic during rush hour.
North Capitol HIll is what we consider to be the area just north of Volunteer Park and south of the 520 Bridge. This small neighborhood offers mostly single-family housing on sidewalk-lined streets where mature trees offer shade. Interlaken Park is also in North Capitol HIll, and many impressive homes can be found tucked away in the lush greenery.
“The residential side streets are beautiful with lots of tree cover. They are quiet and especially great for socially distant walking and running.”9mto Amazon Spheres

Let's ChatThere are not too many businesses in this mostly residential area, but in the northernmost area of North Capitol HIll you’ll find a small “business district” with restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, and local services like a nail salon and a dry cleaners. You’re also just south of Portage Bay, so if you dock a boat and love getting out on the water, this is a prime location.
One of the major perks of this neighborhood is how easy it is to access Interstate-5 and the 520 Bridge, the latter of which makes it easy to hop on over to the Eastside. Bus lines in North Capitol Hill go straight into South Lake Union, Downtown Seattle, & University of Washington. Easy 520 Bridge access makes it easy to hop on over to the Eastside whether you work in Bellevue, Redmond, or Factoria. There are also excellent biking options here—especially if you need to get into South Lake Union or Downtown Seattle.
