Stroll, Stay, Play!

North Beacon Hill is one of our very favorite neighborhoods, and from this location you’re just minutes to some of our fave destinations. Beacon Ave is just half a mile away, and here you’ll find tons of excellent dining (so much that we wrote an entire blog post about all of the great places to eat in North Beacon Hill). And when you need to pick up groceries, you’re only about 2 blocks from QFC and half a mile to Hilltop Red Apple.

One of the major perks of this location is the fact that you are only 0.2 miles to the Mt Baker Light Rail Station. It does not get much better than this! You’re also only 0.9 miles to the Judkins Park Station (coming in 2023!) which goes directly over to the Eastside. Of course, there are bus lines galore in this area too, so if you plan on relying on public transit, you’re pretty much covered. There are still great driving options as well, though—both I-90 and I-5 are a 4-minute drive from home.

This Craftsman-inspired townhome is part of a picturesque group of homes that surrounds a darling little courtyard, making up the cutest little community you ever did see! It’s not everyday that a townhome has outdoor space at all, and this townhome not only has the shared community courtyard, but it also has its own large, partially covered deck. Hang out on the deck whether rain or shine thanks to the partially covered section, and have fun training vines to wind their way along the trellis overhead next summer. There’s more than enough space for an outdoor dining set or a couple of lounge chairs here so you can create the vacation-inspired outdoor hangout you’ve been dreaming about. And just imagine the community happenings and neighborhood gatherings that can transpire out in the courtyard when the weather warms up!

While you’re merely minutes to dining, shopping, transit, and all of the city conveniences you could hope for, this home is also close to several fantastic opportunities for spending time outdoors. First of all, Cheasty Boulevard and Greenspace is practically in your backyard. The boulevard and the trails that wind their way through the greenspace let you feel miles and miles away from the city, when you’re really just a few blocks from home. Jefferson Golf Course is only about half a mile away, and Jefferson Park is only 0.7 miles away, the latter of which offers a long list of amenities to enjoy. Jefferson Community Center, tennis courts, an epic playground, a playfield, a skatepark, the Beacon Food Forest, and more are all right there. Want to go to the beach? You’re close to that, too! Mt Baker Beach is less than a mile from home, and you can even go swimming here.
