I never once felt pushed into a decision. We saw a lot of properties, and every showing felt like a mini inspection. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable about homes and could spot potential problems immediately. He also knows the local market inside and out, which made a huge difference when it came to evaluating properties and making competitive offers. He was always quick to answer my questions, even about listings we didn’t tour. I was outbid on a few homes, but he stayed patient and helped me stay competitive without ever pressuring me to go beyond my budget. The rest of the team was fantastic as well – responsive, organized, and supportive throughout the entire process. I really felt like I had a group of people looking out for me.
