Matt is a dream team to work with, with tons of experience, knowledge and skills to get you your dream home, even in this crazy market. This was our second home and we wanted this to be our dream home. Little did we know that the market was heavily biased towards sellers and it was tough to win bidding wars. We tried few different realtors, but were super unhappy with their lack of responsiveness, interest and attitude (trust us, in this market it is tough to find realtors who will understand you and help you throughout the process). We almost gave up our search but then we got introduced to Matt and & his team. It wouldn’t have been possible without these guys to find our new home. They would sit down with us, prepare shortlists, find time to see houses the same day and even guide us on pros and cons of each house. They are detail oriented and are skilled negotiators. We had tons of questions about the market and these guys were always patient, very responsive and always ready with their research and numbers.
