This Bellevue Condo Got the Get Happy at Home Star Treatment! See Our Before & After Renovations Photos

If you’ve been following along with us for awhile then you already know that we LOVE a good home renovation! We work with our seller clients to manage everything from simple refreshes to complete home renovations, and our latest Bellevue condo listing was no different.

When this gem in the rough came to us, it needed a full remodel. The condo had been rented out for several years, and the tenants hadn’t taken great care of the place. We had to rip out everything from the carpet to the cabinets, and we outfitted this space with new wood floors, new carpet, new lighting, a TOTALLY new kitchen (new counters, new appliances, etc.!)… by the time we were done, this condo looked absolutely brand new inside. We spent $35k on the renovations, and we KNOW our client will more than make up the difference when this condo sells.

THE KITCHEN

We totally gutted the kitchen—the floors were messed up, the cabinets were pretty banged up, and this space just needed to be brought to the year 2020!

Doesn’t the kitchen look like a space you actually want to spend time in now? The entire area is light and bright now, and contemporary design + modern efficiency promises the kitchen is ready to please for years to come.

We also opened up the space a bit and added bar-style counter seating that today’s homeowners love so much. Makes it a lot easier and more enjoyable to entertain now!
