Discover the Meridian Tower (Located Between Capitol Hill & Downtown!) & A Rare 3-Bedroom, 3-Bath Condo

Meridian Tower resides at the border of two of Seattle’s most vibrant neighborhoods, Capitol Hill and Downtown. Located right off the Pike/Pine Corridor, Meridian Tower is only 2 blocks above the Convention Center in Downtown.

Meridian Tower is one of my favorite buildings. However, oftentimes, all of its wonderful advantages are not immediately recognized by buyers. Sure, the place looks great and provides excellent value, but some of the best features may not be noticed until you actually live in Meridian Tower (which is why I wrote this blog post!). Of course, the best indicator of a good building is a low turnover rate. Keep this in mind when you’re looking for a condominium community to call home!

Why do Meridian Tower residents LOVE living there?

1. Location, location, location!

In the Meridian, you get EVERYTHING Seattle has to offer. After all, why else do you choose to live in a condo? Access is the primary concern for buyers when shopping for new digs in the sky. Once folks move into the Meridian, it is rare for them to move out.

Nearby Capitol Hill is known for its bars, nightlife, restaurants and parks, and that alone has made Capitol Hill one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Seattle. Feel like treating yourself to the best of Seattle’s cultural and culinary delights? Capitol Hill is there to service those needs with dozens and dozens of restaurants just a short walk from your secure lobby.

Now add in walkable access to all of Seattle’s museums, shows, symphonies, shopping and the plethora of other downtown happenings, and you have everything you could want within reach! If you like the arts, then take your pick of The ACT, the Paramount Theater, Benaroya Hall, Seattle Art Museum, etc.

Want to walk to work? No problem! This home is a quick 15-minute walk to most Amazon buildings in South Lake Union, plus it’s walking distance to Facebook, Google’s new campus (coming soon!), Downtown offices, and much more.

2. Excellent value.

Meridian Tower offers great value as well. I recently sold a 760-square-foot, 1-bedroom condo with a den on an upper floor with great views and a balcony and tons of natural light for $499K. That’s right—a concrete and steel building, with 24-hour concierge, gym, hot tub and community space for under $500K. There are so few towers that can offer that price and utility.
