Bellevue & Eastside Real Estate Update How Much Does a 3-Bedroom Home Cost on the Eastside of King County? 

For those who want to live on the Eastside in King County, affordability can be a challenge. So which cities on the Eastside can you find the best home values? 

In this post, we are comparing Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Woodinville, Bothell, and Kenmore median home prices so you can get a sense of how much homes cost. 

Before we get into the numbers, here are a couple of things to keep in mind: 

  • Median home prices that represent an entire county, city, or even neighborhood can be very misleading. There are so many different types of homes and parameters that need to be accounted for. 
  • In this post, the median prices we are sharing for each city are for homes that fit a specific profile. These homes are in residential areas, 2 stories, between 2,000 – 2,500 square feet, not waterfront, on half an acre or less, and have 3 or more bedrooms. 

How much are homes in Bothell?

How much are homes in Woodinville? 

In Woodinville, 3-bedroom homes that fit the parameters we listed above sell for a median of $1.245 million. 

How much are homes in Kenmore?
